If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your airgun or accessory, we’re here to help. You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include all accessories, manuals, and original tags—items missing parts or showing signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, we take full responsibility. Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. We understand that receiving a faulty product is frustrating, and we’re committed to making it right with minimal hassle on your end.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and certain items such as clearance or final sale products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
